Old Mother Nature is cranky sometimes. Like now. Here it is, April, in our Garden Amongst the Weeds and we are rarin to go. We have a handy dandy new toy, all gassed up and ready to work really hard.
I received a wonderful gift of twelve bags of excrement from this lovely animal today.
Now, if only this wouldn't happen...
Seriously??
Again??
Man...
I know the rain, rain go away song. Do any of you know of a snow go away dance or something?
Ritual grasshopper sacrifices I could do?
For now, I bid you adieu with this happy image.
These little guys are hanging out in the fridge awaiting a nice, sunny day to be released in our garden as a secret weapon against the bad buggies. Shhh it's a secret.
Happy Gardening.

Go wash your windows. It worked for me!
ReplyDeleteIncredible - that last photo is fantastic! I wish some of your rain would come our way...with the most mild winter I can remember and practically zero snow on top of precious little rain this Spring, our ground is parched, to put it mildly. Unbelievably warm temperatures, while delightful, aren't helping. We hit 90 degrees in the past few days - in April! Unreal.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the manure delivery - a great gift indeed! Hope things dry up and warm up for you soon.
